- What is your custom travel service package? After booking your dream vacation with Carpe Diem World Travel you will receive a package containing your very own custom travel service package folder for you to bring with you on your trip. Depending upon your destination your custom folder may include anything from information about your destination such as resort information, airline tickets, popular activities, things to see and do, local maps, historical weather data, popular restaurants, bars, local customs and travel tips. Your package will be custom made for your destination.
- Do you charge extra for your custom travel service package? Absolutely not. I am paid a commission or given travel credits toward future personal travel direct from the suppliers. They do NOT charge you more because you are going through me as your travel agent. The price they quote me for your trip is the exact same price you would find on their website. It really is a win win for everyone. You get to go on the vacation of your dreams at the best price available, you get my superior customer service travel package at no additional cost, and I in turn get the chance to check off the items on my bucket list with the commission or credits I receive from my suppliers when you book through me.

You will find tons of reviews that will answer your question for you. Researching the online user reviews for my own personal travel planning was the deciding factor in NEVER booking through bulk online booking engines. Go online and see for yourself. Have you ever head the sayings “Buyer Beware” and “You Get What You Pay For”?
- Can I book online on your website? Yes, for your convenience, I have partnered with just a few of my suppliers so you can book several destinations direct from my online booking tool on the left. However, before utilizing this tool please check out my supplier page. I purposely partnered with several suppliers who service the same areas so I can comparative shop the best prices for you. When you use my online booking tool I will be notified by Apple Vacations, Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts and Travel Impressions so that I can begin putting together my custom travel service package for you. But also shoot me an email as soon as you book so I can contact you in order to customize your adventure. I actually prefer that you contact me either by email or phone prior to booking anything so we can discuss exactly what you want to get out of your dream vacation for your hard earned money. And sometimes, as a travel agent, I receive special promotions that you may not be aware of.
- I found a cheaper price online for the exact same package? Awesome, you are going to save some money! Please send me a copy of what you found on line and I can present it to my suppliers. Many of them will do a “price match”. But keep in mind the package has to be exactly the same and you have to be prepared to book your adventure within 24 hours of me requesting the “price match” from my supplier.
- Are all your suppliers listed on your website? Absolutely not! I don’t have enough web space to accommodate information on all of my suppliers. I am currently partnered with over 100 suppliers around the world including tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and even car rental agencies.
- We are planning a family reunion, can you service large groups? I sure can! I can service groups of all sizes and some suppliers offer greater discounts the larger the group.
- What are some of the destinations you service? As my name says, “World Travel”. Anywhere in the world you dream of experiencing I can help make that dream a reality.
